Carrot Paste


My Carrot Paste.


2 teaspoon himalaya salt – always be careful with the salt
1 peeled lemon (remove grains)
3 cloves of garlic (adjust for your own taste)
1 very large hand full of almons
  6 dl of carrot
oil (between 100-200 ml)
1 handful of basil (adjust for your own taste)
2 spoon full of yeast flakes
2 spoon full of sesame seeds

Maybe add other herbs for your taste.
Allways adjust the ingredients for your own taste.
Add all into a ‘chopper’ and keep going until your prefered consistency is obtained.
