Mindfulness uden irritation, kender du det?
Kender du det med at lade sig irritere?
Det med at en ting, der er sket, kan være irriterede i lang tid efter?

Jeg kender det.

Irritationen Fyldte.

Tidligere kunne jeg være irriteret over alt muligt – stort og småt.
Jeg kunne ikke finde ud af at slippe det.
Det var der og fyldte i mine tanker.

Det med Tankerne.

Nu ved jeg, at det er netop det, det er.
En tanke.
Ikke andet.
Helt enkelt, en tanke der medfører en følelse: Irritation.
Med den viden, kan jeg bevidst erstatte tanken med en anden positiv tanke.

Positiv med Mindfulness.

Herved Kan jeg opnå mindfulness.
Hermed får jeg accepteret irritationen og kommer videre.

Mindfulness without annoyance, are you aware of this?
Do you know the feeling of getting annoyed?
Do you how one thing that happened can be annoying for a long time afterwards?

It is very difficult to achieve mindfulness this way.
I know all about that.

Annoyance was Present.

Previously, I could be annoyed at everything possible – big and small.
I was not able to let it go.
The annoyance was filling up my thoughts.

All About Thoughts.

Now I know that this is exactly what it is.
A thought.
It is as simple as that: a thought.
A thought that causes a feeling: Annoyance.
With that knowledge, I can deliberately replace the idea with another positive thought.

Positiv Using Mindfulness.

Finally I achieve mindfulness.
This way I accept the irritation and move on.
