Holder du fast i noget?
Har du noget, du ikke vil slippe?
Det er en kamp for dig, at holde fast og den kamp er vigtig.

Når noget bliver en kamp, vil der altid findes en mere simpel vej.

Det kan nærmest være alt, du kan holde fast i.
En titel, nogle arbejdsopgaver, nogle regler eller overbevisninger, en metode/fremgangsmåde, nogle mennesker osv.
Hvis det er blevet en kamp for dig, at holde fast, så stop op.
Hvorfor holder du fast?
Ofte holder vi fast fordi vi er usikre eller bekymrede for fremtiden

Holder du fast på grund af usikkerhed, så kan det løses ved, at du roser dig selv.

På den måde vil dit selvværd stige og, din usikkerhed falde.
Du vil automatisk komme til at give slip, når selvværdet er højt nok.
Så gider du nemlig slet ikke holde fast længere.

Holder du fast på grund af bekymringer, så kan du vide, at bekymringer er fiktive problemer, vi opfinder i tankerne.

Disse fiktive problemer bliver nærmest aldrig til noget.
De er altså ren fantasi.
Slip blot dine bekymringer.
Ha’ tillid til, at der sker det, der skal ske.

Vi slipper, når vi tænker positivt.

Når vi skal give slip, skal vi altså tænke positivt.
Det kan være svært at tænke positivt, når vi tænker negativt.
Derfor kan vi altid starte med at tænke, at vi er gode til at tænke negativt.
På den måde tænker vi nemlig allerede positivt og det bliver nemmere at tænke flere positive tanker.
Jeg kan også sige, at vi finder det positive i det negative og således får vi givet slip.

Det kan virke som et tilbageslag, når vi giver slip på noget, vi var villige til at kæmpe for.

I virkeligheden sker der det, at der bliver plads til noget nyt og bedre.
Det er altså langt fra et tilbageslag at give slip, det er det omvendte, nemlig fremgang.
Hvis vi holder fast, står vi stille og har ikke plads til nyt eller til at rykke os fremad.

Det sjove er, at indsigten i, hvad vi så skal som regel først kommer, når vi har sluppet, det vi holdt fast i.

Det kræver altså både tillid og accept af bekymringer og evt. mørke tanker.
Den bedste måde at opnå ovenstående er ved at tænke positive tanker.
Derfor skal vi altså starte med de negative tanker og udskifte dem med positive tanker.
Så kommer indsigten af sig selv.
De positive tanker skaber nemlig plads til indsigt i bevidstheden.
Derfor er det bare om at komme igang med at tænke positivt.

Holder du Fast?

Do you hold on to something?
Do you have something you do not want to let go of?
It’s a struggle for you to hold on to and that battle is important to you.

When something becomes a struggle, there will always be a simpler way.

It can almost be anything you can hold onto.
A title, some work tasks, some rules or beliefs, a method / approach, some people, etc.
If it has become a fight for you to hold on, then stop.
Why are you holding on?
Often we hold on because we are uncertain or worried about the future

If you hold on because of insecurity, it can be solved by praising yourself.

In this way, your self-esteem will increase and your insecurity will not fill.
You will automatically let go when your self-esteem is high enough. 
Then you will not bother holding on any longer.

If you hold due to worries, then you should know that concerns are fictitious issues we invent in the mind.

These fictitious problems almost never become real.
They are pure imagination.
Just release your worries.
Trust that what happens is what is supposed to happen.

We let go when we think positively.

So when we have to let go, we have to think positively.
It can be hard to think positively when we think negatively.
Therefore, we can always start by thinking that we are good at thinking negatively.
That way we already think positively and it becomes easier to think more positive thoughts.
I can also say that we find the positive in the negative and this way we get let go.

It may seem like a backlash when we let go of something we were willing to fight for.

What actually happens is that there is now room for something new and better.
That is why letting go is very far from being a setback, it is the reverse, progress.
If we hold on, we stand still and have no room for new or to move forward.

The funny thing is that the vision of what will now happen will come after letting go.

It therefore requires both trust and acceptance of concerns and possibly dark thoughts.
The best way to achieve the above is by thinking positive thoughts.
Therefore, we must start with the negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts.
Then the insight comes automatically.
The positive thoughts create space for insight into the consciousness.
Therefore, it is just about getting started thinking positively.
