Slip Personlige Barrierer, i virkeligheden kan vi alle være lykkelige.
Vi er lykkelige, hvis vi holder op med at have så mange barrierer.
Hvis vi ikke har barrierer, vil vi opdage at, de barrierer vi evt. havde, kom fra os selv.

Hver gang vi tænker, at nogle andre tænker dårlig om os, ikke kan lide os eller, at de synes, at de vi kommer med ikke er godt nok, kommer det ikke udefra.

Hvor kommer disse tanker fra?
Sådanne fordømmende og begrænsende tanker kommer fra os selv.
Har vi spurgt andre, om de har det sådan med os?
Sandsynligvis ikke.
Vi er gode nok, som vi er.
Det vi byder ind med, er godt nok.
Tænker du også sådan?
Du har måske været sammen med nogle andre og kommer hjem til dig selv.
Dine tanker er, at du ikke passede ind, det var ikke noget for mig, de kunne ikke lide mig, de syntes alt, hvad jeg sagde var dumt.
Har du prøvet det?

Måske afholder du dig selv, fra at se visse mennesker eller være i situationer fordi, du tror, at du ikke er god nok.

Så vil jeg gerne dele med dig nu, at det er dig, der tænker sådan.
Det er ikke de mennesker, du har været sammen med.
Tænk på dig selv.
Tænker du nogen sinde sådan om andre?
Det gør du nok ikke.
Det gør de andre heller ikke, de synes, du er god nok.

Afhold dig fra at forsøge at gætte, hvad andre tænker om dig, du kan aldrig vide det.

De synes, det du siger, er godt nok.
Det kan godt være, at de ikke er enige, men det er noget andet.
Uenighed er en god ting, fordi den tilbyder os muligheden for at lytte og lære nyt.

In fact, we can all be happy.
We are happy if we stop having so many barriers.

Every time we think that someone else thinks badly about us, doesn’t like us or that they think that those we come with is not good enough, it doesn’t come from outside.

Where do these thoughts come from?
Such judgmental and limiting thoughts come from ourselves.
Have we asked others if they have this with us?
Probably not.
We are good enough as we are.
What we offer is good enough.
Do you think so too?
You may have been with some others and come home to yourself.
Your thoughts are that you didn’t fit in, it wasn’t for me, they didn’t like me, they thought everything I said was stupid.
Have you tried it?

Maybe you keep yourself from seeing certain people or being in situations situations because. You think you’re not good enough.

Then I would like to share with you now that it is you who think so.
It’s not the people you’ve been with.
Think of yourself.
Do you ever think of others?
You probably won’t.
Nor do the others, they think you are good enough.

Do not ever try to guess what others think about you, you will never be able to guess it.

They think what you say is good enough.
It may well be that they do not agree, but that is something else.
Disagreement is a good thing because it offers us the opportunity to listen and learn new things.

Let go of your barriers – I promise you your life will be much more fun without it.
